    How do I place an order?

    You can place your order online by browsing the products below and adding them to cart. Once you choose your products follow the checkout steps to place your order.

    You can also place order by telephone with one of our sales agents by calling the following number: +386 (0)3 56 25 300.

    What payment methods are available?

    At this moment we only offer bank transfer payments.

    Credit card payments will be available soon. We will support all major credit cards such as: VISA, MASTER CARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

    How do I pay by bank transfer?

    Once your order is placed you will receive an email with Pro-forma invoice and all the details for making bank transfer payment.

    Once we receive your payment, we will ship your order immediately *.

    How can I track my order?

    You can see the current status of your orders by logging into the system and checking order history in your account profile.

  • Delivery

    What is the cost of delivery?

    Delivery costs depends on two parameters:
       1) package weight and
       2) shipping method.


    During order checkout process system will show shipping options and will automatically calculate and display shipping costs for your order.

    What delivery options are available?

    EU countries:
       Standard shipping (cheaper, land delivery)
       Express shipping (express air delivery)


    All other countries:
       Express shipping (express air delivery)

    How long does delivery take?

    Depends on the selected shipping method, but usually no orders take more than 2-5 business days to deliver with standard land shipping method and 2-3 business days with express air shipping method.

    Can I place an order to be delivered to someone else?

    YES, you can place an order and deliver it to another address.

    During checkout process you will be asked to enter your billing and your shipping address. Shipping address can differ from your billing address. Please enter the shipping address where you want your order to be delivered.

    How can I track my delivery?

    After we shipped your order you will receive an email confirmation with the shipment tracking number. You can track your order online directly by following the link from confirmation email.

    Additionally you can manually enter the tracking number on DHL website and your shipping route will be displayed.

    Is there a warranty on purchased products?

    All our hardware and bundle products sold trough DeweDirect online store offer 1-year worldwide waranty.

    Can I return my product if I'm not happy with it?

    We have 30 days money back guarantee policy on all hardware and bundle products purchased from DeweDirect online store. This policy is not valid for software packages.

    If products are not returned within 30 days from purchase date, we will not offer back any money.
