At this moment we only offer bank transfer payments.
Credit card payments will be available soon. We will support all major credit cards such as: VISA, MASTER CARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Once your order is placed you will receive an email with Pro-forma invoice and all the details for making bank transfer payment.

Delivery costs depends on two parameters:
1) package weight and
2) shipping method.
During order checkout process system will show shipping options and will automatically calculate and display shipping costs for your order.
EU countries:
Standard shipping (cheaper, land delivery)
Express shipping (express air delivery)
All other countries:
Express shipping (express air delivery)
Depends on the selected shipping method, but usually no orders take more than 2-5 business days to deliver with standard land shipping method and 2-3 business days with express air shipping method.
YES, you can place an order and deliver it to another address.
During checkout process you will be asked to enter your billing and your shipping address. Shipping address can differ from your billing address. Please enter the shipping address where you want your order to be delivered.
After we shipped your order you will receive an email confirmation with the shipment tracking number. You can track your order online directly by following the link from confirmation email.
Additionally you can manually enter the tracking number on DHL website and your shipping route will be displayed.

Here you can select DEWESoft 7 configuration. DEWESoft 7 SE + CAN option is included in the bundle package. You can upgrade and choose more options and plugins to suit your application.
What is the device without being able to connect it to sensors?.
We offer connector sets that the device can be used out of the box.
The MSI adapters allows to connect even more sensors to the DEWE-43.
The standard wall power supply and USB cable is included with the DEWE-43 already,
but we offer them separately and also offer other supply options.
